New Menu Style - What are your thoughts?

For those of you who haven't seen it yet, the devs have recently released a new, radically redesigned version of the TWW homepage. What are your thoughts on the new design - what works, and what needs changing?

I really like it, I think it looks great. My only problem is that it doesn't seem to be really working - 'my stories' and 'my heroes' buttons don't seem to do what they're supposed to do. But it looks miles better than the last design, and I look forwards to seeing how it develops as more content comes along!

Having had some time to investigate the new layout further, I can't see any major problems with it, though a feature for zooming in and out to fit more books on each line would probably help once stories start piling up. Also, my newly created character is listed as "A A Helper" on his profile page, so that needs fixing.

 Could you post a screenshot showing the problems you are having with those tabs? It seems to work fine for me.

Heya, and apologies for the belated response.
It's nothing complicated; my problem is just that I have made both a story and a hero (Desired and Eric the Rather Useless Knight), but neither appear when I select the 'My Stories' or the 'My Heroes' sections.
There's a few other problems I'm having in the actual story interface but I can discuss those elsewhere, if you'd like to!
